    7-Day Return and Exchange Policy
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within the 7-day appreciation period if they meet the following conditions. The 7-day period starts from the day after the product is received (based on the logistics receipt date) and includes weekends. If the 7th day falls on a holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
  • The product must remain intact, unused, unwashed, or unaltered, and free from stains, cosmetic marks, or other damage that affects resale.
  • The product's original packaging must be undamaged, and all accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and identification markers must be intact.
  • If your purchase included complimentary gifts, they must be returned as well. Complimentary gifts are treated the same as regular products.
    Defective Product Return Policy
  • If the product purchased from the Tt Bike online store has quality issues within the 7-day appreciation period, you can request a return. After verification by our customer service team, if the defect is confirmed, we will promptly process a refund.
  • Before requesting a defective product return, please note:
    Loose threads, raw edges (common in apparel), color variations due to display differences, thickness disputes (subjective to individual preferences), weaving texture, hand feel, and minor design details do not qualify as quality defects.
  • Returns due to style, color, or personal preference changes are not considered product defects.
  • If your purchase included complimentary gifts, they must be returned as well.
  • Damage caused by use, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human or external factors does not qualify as a defect.
  • Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.
  • *Please note that due to unavoidable measuring discrepancies, actual product size parameters may vary slightly.
    Non-Warranty Coverage
  • Products not purchased from the Tt Bike official online store, whether regular or defective, are not eligible for warranty (purchase proof required; without proof, warranty service is unavailable).
  • Products that exceed the 7-day appreciation period.
  • Returns that are incomplete or damaged, including missing products, packaging, or gifts.
  • Returns that have been used, washed, altered (e.g., resized), stained, damaged, or where product tags are missing or cut, making the product unsellable.
