If you’ve been following Taiwan’s cycling scene, the name Shuwei Hsu — nicknamed “Rocket Raccoon” — should sound familiar. In 2023, she claimed 3rd overall and 1st among Taiwanese riders in the KOM Women’s Elite category, and since then has become a regular presence on the podium at major races.
